Unateus ("we", "us", "our") provides logistics and fulfillment services for e‑commerce merchants and advertisers ("Clients") and operates this website (the "Site").
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal data when you visit our Site or use our services in African markets where we operate (currently including Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Uganda, South Africa), as well as when we process end‑customer data on behalf of our Clients.

1. Data Controller and Processor
- For data of visitors and prospective Clients collected via the Site, Unateus acts as Data Controller.
- For end‑customer data (recipients of parcels) provided by our Clients for logistics and fulfillment, Unateus acts as Data Processor, processing data strictly on instructions from the Client, in line with applicable data protection laws (e.g. NDPR in Nigeria, POPIA in South Africa, GDPR where applicable).
2. Data We Collect
We may collect the following categories of data:
2.1. Data you provide directly
- Name, business name
- Email address, phone number, messaging handles (e.g. WhatsApp)
- Country and city
- Any information you include in contact forms or emails
2.2. End‑customer data (on behalf of Clients)
When Clients use our fulfillment services, they may provide:
- Customer name
- Delivery address, city, region, postal code, landmarks
- Phone number and alternative contact
- Order details (product, quantity, value)
- Delivery status and payment status (including COD status)
- We process this data solely to provide logistics and fulfillment services.
2.3. Automatically collected data
When you visit our Site, we may automatically collect:
- IP address, device type, browser type
- Pages visited, time spent, referral source
- Approximate location (country/region)

For end‑customers of our Clients: as we process your data on behalf of a Client, please first contact the relevant merchant/advertiser. We will support them in responding to your request.

If you are located outside Russian Federation and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to Russian Federation and process it there.

By using this website or providing your personal data to Unateus and/or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, contractors, or partners (collectively, the “Company”), you expressly consent and agree that the Company may collect, receive, record, organize, store, adapt, use, process, and transfer your personal data at its sole discretion, for any lawful business purposes related to recruitment, onboarding, employment or contractor engagement, payments, payroll, compliance, internal administration, operations, and business development.
You further expressly authorize the Company to disclose and transfer your personal data to any third parties, including but not limited to payroll providers, financial institutions, government authorities, professional advisers, auditors, IT service providers, CRM and cloud service providers, logistics partners, and other business partners, whether located within or outside your country of residence.
You expressly waive any claims against the Company arising from such transfers, provided that the Company acts in good faith and for legitimate business purposes
